I created my blog L.S.Livewell as a community resource to make healthy eating easier, faster and more delicious. If you want support to create a healthier life for yourself, I am happy to help. For twenty years I have chosen to learn through doing, and as a result have many resources, tools, and tricks at my disposal.
What does it mean to have a support system for your health and your eating processes? I like to see myself as a food de-clutterer. I look at what you are doing with your eating choices, and clear away what is not working. Together you and I will create systems that support your health and create space for productive behaviour, abundance, and connection.
What would a session look like?
We start off talking about what is going on in your life, getting into your patterns, food choices, and current support structures. Topics like what you like to eat in general, what you shouldn’t eat but want to, and what foods make you feel the best are all important parts of the conversation.
- I am available to come to your apartment and go through the foods that you have in your kitchen. Together we will choose the foods that work best in your life.
- We will go together to the super market and I will help you to choose whole foods that taste delicious, make you feel great, and contribute to your healthier life.
- I will teach you how to make foods you will love in your own kitchen and help set you up to recreate those recipes for yourself without alot of fuss.
- We will talk about how to stock the kitchen, future meal planning, and how to cheat in a productive way.
