Chocolate Green Smoothie- Low Glycemic

Chocolate Green Smoothie- so creamy, so chocolatey, packed to the brim with antioxidant rich berries, stimulating chocolate and green powder for sustainable vibrance the entire day. A low glycemic drink for diabetics, paleos and anyone who wants more energy.


1 c. organic blueberries frozen

1/2 ripe avocado

2 tbl. chia seeds

1/2 c. organic strawberries frozen

1 tea.raw coconut oil

1/2 c. raw unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao nibs

1/2 c. wanuts

1 tbl. green powder- Green Vibrance

1 tbl maca

1/2 tea. vitamin C crystals

1/2 tea. bee pollen

filtered water


Load all ingredients into a high speed blender. Fill with water to 1/4 full. Blend on high speed until smoothie is fully blended. Enjoy immediately.


For more protein add a scoop of nut butter, blend according to recipe. To amp up nutrients, use sprouted nuts.  If you are diabetic and would like to make the smoothie sweeter add in monk fruit. If you don’t have to watch sugar you can add in frozen banana, maple syrup or raw honey.
