Rosemary Sage Oil- Memory Booster
There are times when I stand in the doorway of my daughter’s room trying to remember what I am doing there. Was I picking up laundry? Making her bed? Or getting her book for school? A moment later I will remember. To help with the normal memory lapses that occur as we age I have created Rosemary Sage Oil- Memory Booster. A few drops of this stimulating oil rubbed on the scalp will help you to hold on to your thoughts, your big plans, and ideas.
As our bodies age mental connections slow down, and we become forgetful, a sign of cognitive decline. Taking precautions help us to live better lives. Studies show that essential oil of both Rosemary and Sage possess compounds that increase memory function. Both substances have been used in research to benefit Alzheimers and Dementia patients. I use raw coconut oil as a carrier oil because it is great for the skin and has it’s own mind supporting qualities.
To create our Rosemary Sage Oil- Memory Booster add some crushed sage leaves and twenty drops of essential oil of sage to our raw coconut oil.
Then add some crushed rosemary fronds and twenty drops of essential oil of rosemary to our raw coconut oil mix.
Stir to combine. Place is a pretty, clean glass jar in your bathroom. Put it on your scalp before the shower and let it sink in to stimulate your brain.
