I took one of their recipes and recreated it for you in two versions. The first, “D.I.Y. Instant Noodle Cups”, is a healthy and tasty version of the popular cup-a-noodle product. The second is the same recipe made up with low glycemic zucchini noodles, called “Diabetic Instant Noodle Cups” . I have added helpful nutritional information at the bottom of each recipe page.

“Packed” has great recipes, and short cut hacks to create your lunches quickly, which with my busy schedule I find to be a crucial part of maintaining this effort. The book is also thoughtful about the nutritional aspect of the recipes, and advises how to set up the shopping and kitchen to be successful. Ideas for every types of eater
Many things, such as granola bars, crackers and bread loaves can be made ahead and frozen or stored. If you are vegan or vegetarian, please be aware that some of their recipes contain meat, but there is a huge selection of recipes that can be made vegan, so it is completely worth giving it a visit. I know you are going to enjoy this book, and find it useful and inspiring.
I just packed a couple of salad jars for lunch the day before yesterday. It’s a great way to get a healthy meal quickly. Make ahead snacks and meals are always helpful and I try to do it as much as possible. The book looks great!
OMG! That book is so small, so smart, with the yummiest pictures. I just want to eat lunch ten times a day.
