2 oz organic fennel seeds
16 oz filtered water
Boil the water, add fennel seeds. Continue to boil for 5 minutes. Turn off heat. Steep for five minutes. Serve.
Most children enjoy the taste of fennel. If your child does not you can accomplish the same result by boiling up a pot of the tea and mixing it with bath water. Make sure to test the temperature first. The nutrient of the fennel tea are readily absorbed through the skin.
