Plan and Succeed
Like you, my time is pulled in a thousand ways- spending time with my family, making dinner, and trying to fit 48 hours into 24. I am committed to finding solutions for my family that are cost efficient, tasty and as low impact as I can manage. We are talking organic, minimally processed, and delicious. I am willing to commit my time and energy towards that brilliant goal. Though your life may be chaotic too, I can help you to create peace. Part of that process means connecting; to yourself and to others.
Keep it simple
For example the two things that I try to do every day that help me to connect are my daily meditation practice, and eating dinner with my family. During dinner there is no TV watching, no cell phones, just simple conversation about our day. I don’t expect you to do what I do. You may not have the time, the desire, or the experience. But, if you are even a tiny bit interested and curious, I hope I can nudge you along. It can feel overwhelming to consider the problems in the world and how to deal with them. Let’s start small and try our best. If you need help, just shout!
